Avila and Segovia Tour

We will meet in the morning for this tour where we will visit the cities of Avila and Segovia from Madrid. Visit the historic center of Ávila and discover the legacy of this city declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. You will be amazed by its fascinating history! The route will continue along a section of the famous Walls of Ávila. How have they been preserved to this day? We will uncover these questions on the thick wall that surrounds the entire historic center of the city as we head towards the Cathedral and other monuments. If the upgrade option is chosen, we will stop for lunch at a local restaurant in the old town, where we will enjoy a typical 'Iberian Traditional Meal', otherwise you can enjoy free time for lunch, the guide will give recommendations of restaurants in the area. We will continue our journey to Segovia, our third stop of the day and the third city declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. We will arrive at the historic center of Segovia, then we will start a walk contemplating monuments such as the majestic Roman Aqueduct in the main square of the city, Plaza Mayor, we will continue through the old quarter of the city until we reach the Cathedral, and finally we will arrive at the majestic Alcazar, the old royal palace and fortress. There you will have free time to explore the city on your own, take beautiful photos and get beautiful souvenirs. Our tour will end in the center of Madrid.
